The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for Green and Low-Carbon Industrial Development," which calls for promoting the efficient and high-value utilization of renewable resources. The plan specifies that China will intensify standardized management of the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources, improve relevant standards systems, and focus on developing industries that comprehensively utilize waste materials such as scrap steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, paper, and used tires. It also aims to steadily increase the proportion of recycled materials used in products like automobiles, power batteries, electrical and electronic equipment, textiles, and packaging, gradually expanding their application scope. Additionally, the plan emphasizes vigorously advancing remanufacturing of electromechanical products.
