Apple's backend code reveals that Haval, a brand under Great Wall Motor (GWM), will support the Apple Car Key digital car key feature. Previously, Xiaomi Auto and GWM's Tank brand have already confirmed their inclusion in the list of supported vehicles. Developer Aaron Perris discovered a reference to "Haval (Chinese brand owned by GWM)" within the string listing car brands compatible with Apple Car Key. The Apple Car Key feature allows users to lock, unlock, remotely start their vehicles, and control functions such as climate settings using an iPhone or Apple Watch. Currently, the feature supports multiple automotive brands, including Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, BYD, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
