Leapmotor officially entered the Indonesian market on August 1, unveiling its global models B10 and C10 at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026. Both models feature Leapmotor’s self-developed core components—including electric drive systems, battery systems, intelligent cockpits, and electronic/electrical architectures—which account for over 65% of the total vehicle cost. On the same day, Leapmotor partnered with PT National Assemblers, a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, to launch localized KD (knock-down) assembly production in Indonesia. The KD plant began operations in April 2024, and the first batch of locally assembled B10 and C10 vehicles is expected to start deliveries from August onward. In Indonesia, Leapmotor will adopt Stellantis’ “House of Brands” retail model, sharing showrooms with brands such as Jeep and Citroën. Local sales and network expansion will be managed by PT Indomobil National Distributor, which plans to establish 50 sales and service outlets across the country by the end of 2026.
