Starting August 1, FAW-Volkswagen’s Volkswagen brand is offering new buyers of all its gasoline-powered and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) models “lifetime warranty on the entire vehicle” and “lifetime warranty on genuine spare parts.” This policy covers the vehicle body, chassis, electrical systems, as well as key genuine components such as the engine, transmission, alternator, and air conditioning compressor. It also includes genuine spare parts replaced at authorized dealerships. As long as damage is not caused by human error, related repairs are covered free of charge for life—without restrictions on time or mileage—and are valid nationwide. The offer applies to all FAW-Volkswagen models, including the T-Roc, Tayron, Talagon, Teramont, Bora, Sagitar, Golf, Magotan, and CC. This benefit is automatically included at the time of purchase with no additional cost and will be explicitly stated in the purchase contract. To qualify, the vehicle must be registered for the first time and used exclusively for non-commercial purposes; owners must also adhere to scheduled maintenance requirements outlined in the owner’s manual, performed at authorized dealerships, and use only genuine spare parts for any repairs or replacements.
