Changan Qiyuan achieved global deliveries of 39,841 units in July, with its AQ-series models posting a year-over-year increase of 103%. Currently, Changan Qiyuan’s lineup includes the Q06, all-new Q05, Q07, A06, A07, Lumin, and E07, either already on sale or in development. The Qiyuan Q06 was unveiled last month as a “dynamic and stylish SUV.” Externally, it features a closed-off front grille, full-width LED daytime running lights, and a roof-mounted LiDAR unit, suggesting integration with Changan’s Tianshu Navigation Pilot advanced driver-assistance system. The rising character line along the side body is complemented by semi-flush door handles, while the rear end sports a full-width pixelated taillight design. Inside, the cabin is equipped with a horizontally mounted floating center touchscreen, with physical buttons retained below the display. The seats are expected to be zero-gravity type with multi-directional adjustment, and the roof features a panoramic glass sunroof paired with an overhead entertainment screen. The vehicle measures 4,837 mm in length, 1,970 mm in width, and 1,670 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,940 mm. It adopts a single-motor layout delivering a maximum output of 245 kW and is expected to be built on an 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform supporting 6C ultra-fast charging.
