SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Division reported retail sales exceeding 77,900 units in July 2026, an increase of 8.3% year-over-year. From January to July 2026, the Roewe and MG brands together achieved cumulative retail sales of over 514,000 units, up 11.5% year-over-year. Notably, new energy vehicle (NEV) retail sales surged by 93.9% during the same period, with July alone seeing a year-over-year increase of 109.2%. In terms of specific models, the MG4 family delivered more than 17,000 units in July. The MG07 garnered 21,000 orders within just 20 hours of its pre-sale launch—double the number of pre-sale orders recorded by the MG4 during its corresponding launch period.
