On August 5, Zhou Ruoyu, an employee of Li Auto, announced that the 170,000th production unit of the Li Auto i6 has rolled off the assembly line. According to Zhou, due to a temporary supply disruption of front headlights in mid-to-late July, the i6’s production fell approximately 4,000 units short of the original plan, though output has since gradually recovered. Previously, the 160,000th i6 was produced on July 21, meaning the interval between the 160,000th and 170,000th vehicles was just half a month. The Li Auto i6 is a battery-electric SUV launched on September 26, 2025, with a starting official price of RMB 249,800. The vehicle measures 4,950 mm in length, 1,935 mm in width, and 1,655 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. It is equipped with a new 5C lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, supporting both 5C ultra-fast charging and ultra-fast discharging, delivering a peak power output exceeding 500 kW and offering a CLTC-rated standard range of up to 720 km.
