Huawei Announces Upcoming Rollout of Qiankun ADS Pro V5.0

On August 6, Huawei announced that the new KunLun Intelligent Driving ADS Pro V5.0 will soon be rolled out. The exact rollout schedule, compatible vehicle models, and related plans will be subject to official announcements by automakers. The new version introduces several enhancements: - A new Campus Navigation Cruise Assist (NCA) feature that helps guide vehicles from a campus entrance directly to a parking spot. - A three-point U-turn assist function that enables the vehicle to reverse and maneuver in tight spaces to complete a U-turn. - An upgraded Reverse Assist (RA) feature with trace-back capability supporting distances of up to 120 meters. Previously, on April 23, Huawei launched KunLun Intelligent Driving ADS 5, debuting features such as accidental steering prevention and end-to-end parking (from parking space to parking space) 3.0. Huawei also stated that upgrading from KunLun ADS 4 Max/Pro/SE to the corresponding ADS 5 versions imposes no hardware limitations.
