Bentley Motors has recently unveiled interior details of its first all-electric crossover, the Torcal. The vehicle features the Curation Engine cabin ambiance system, offering four mood modes—Bentley, Comfort, Sport, and Refresh—that dynamically adjust the cabin environment through synchronized control of lighting, sound, temperature, air quality, and digital interfaces. Interior highlights include circular air vents, integrated carbon fiber trim, a wood-finished center console, tactile rotary switches with knurled detailing, seats upholstered in premium leather and Alcantara microfiber suede, black door handles incorporating a stylized “B” motif, and a Naim audio system with speaker grilles adorned in bronze geometric patterns. The seats offer 22-way adjustability. Built on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), the Torcal shares its foundational architecture with the Porsche electric Cayenne. It is equipped with a 113 kWh battery pack and an 800V electrical architecture, supporting DC fast charging at up to 400 kW. This enables a 10% to 80% state-of-charge in just 16 minutes. The vehicle boasts a WLTP-estimated range of nearly 400 miles (approximately 642 kilometers) and is expected to deliver a peak output of 597 kW. A seven-minute charge can add approximately 161 kilometers (100 miles) of range. Bentley plans to reveal further details on September 23. The Torcal is scheduled to launch in the U.S. market in the third quarter of 2027, with an estimated price range of $200,000 to $250,000.
