Today, Li Bin, founder and chairman of NIO, reposted a news article on his personal Weibo account praising Lu Yingfang, a police officer born in the mid-to-late 1990s, for her heroic act of helping someone in need on the street. According to public reports, Lu Yingfang, a police officer from Haiyan County in Jiaxing, was on her way home from work when she noticed a man who had fallen off his electric scooter due to a skid and couldn't get up. She immediately stopped her car, crossed the road, checked the man's injuries, comforted him, and called both emergency medical services and the police. She stayed by the injured man’s side until the ambulance and responding officers arrived, only leaving after he was safely loaded onto the ambulance. Lu Yingfang is an owner of the NIO ES6. Li Bin commended her "courage and sense of responsibility in stepping forward when it mattered." In response, Lu stated that helping others was an instinctive reaction and emphasized that, as a people's police officer, safeguarding public safety is part of her duty.
