NIO Tops New Energy Vehicle After-Sales Service Rankings for Three Consecutive Quarters

In the first half of 2026, a market research firm released its "Study on After-Sales Service Message Capability of New Energy Vehicles." According to the report, NIO ranked first overall for the third consecutive period with a score of 87.38. The study covered 32 mainstream brands and collected 4,346 valid questionnaires, evaluating performance across four dimensions: post-purchase service experience, perceived technical quality, satisfaction with service entitlements, and recognition of official channels/products. Against an industry-wide decline of 1.41 points, NIO’s total score rose by 0.25 points. Specifically, NIO scored 93.63 in the post-purchase service experience category—ranking first for the third consecutive period—and achieved 90.82 in service entitlement satisfaction, an increase of 0.40 points from the previous period. Its score for recognition of official channels/products stood at 71.63, making it the only brand to surpass the 70-point mark. The report also revealed that AITO ranked second with 86.67 points, Li Auto came third with 85.01 points, Tesla placed fourth with 84.59 points, and Zeekr climbed from eighth to fifth with 84.25 points. AITO has topped the service entitlement satisfaction category for three consecutive periods, scoring 92.46. Tesla achieved the highest industry score in remote diagnostics satisfaction at 94.10.
