Moore Threads Plans H-Share IPO in Hong Kong

On August 9, Moore Threads, a domestic GPU company, announced its plan to issue foreign shares listed overseas (H-shares) and apply for a listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The proposal is still subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. Previously, another GPU company, MetaX, had already announced in June its intention to pursue a Hong Kong listing, with its board of directors and shareholders' meeting having successively approved the relevant resolutions.
