Nissan NX7 EV SUV Spotted: Starting at ~$17,000, Offers Range-Extended Hybrid and Pure Electric Versions

Recently, the production version of the Nissan NX7 new energy SUV has been revealed. Positioned in the A+ segment, it is expected to start at around RMB 120,000. The vehicle features a green paint scheme, full-width taillights, and Nissan lettering on the rear. Its dimensions measure 4,785 mm in length, 1,920 mm (or 1,932 mm) in width, and 1,660 mm (or 1,665 mm) in height, with a wheelbase of 2,815 mm. The NX7 adopts Nissan’s latest design language, retaining split headlamps but removing the贯穿-style daytime running lights. The main headlamp units feature a diamond-shaped outline paired with an L-shaped lighting structure. Optional configurations include two-tone roof finishes and body-colored or contrasting exterior mirrors. The NX7 offers numerous customization options, including a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor, fender-mounted cameras, a rear spoiler-integrated camera, front and rear bumper side radars, a panoramic sunroof, roof rails, various wheel designs, red brake caliper covers, contrasting roof and mirror colors, and differentiated front and rear lamp designs. In terms of powertrain, the range-extended hybrid variant is equipped with a dedicated 1.5L plug-in hybrid engine. Its electric motor delivers a peak output of 170 kW and is paired with a 40.95 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, offering two all-electric range options: 220 km and 225 km (CLTC). The top speed reaches 180 km/h. Additionally, a fully electric version of the NX7 will also be launched, though specific details have not yet been disclosed.
