XPeng G9L Launches with Pre-sale Price at RMB 259,800

XPeng G9L officially opened for pre-orders on August 11, with a starting pre-sale price of RMB 259,800. The new model is available in two powertrain variants: Super Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (EREV) and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV). The vehicle measures 5,120 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,782 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,100 mm and a wheelbase-to-length ratio of 0.605. It features full-width light strips at both front and rear, incorporating 480 individual LED units, and adopts a fastback-style rear design. Inside the cabin, the G9L is equipped with an intelligent four-motor executive center console. The integrated table can be deployed via voice command, physical buttons, or touchscreen controls and automatically levels itself in sync with the seatback angle. The armrest integrates a 50W air-cooled wireless fast charger and dual hidden cup holders. The table includes a smartphone holder and a vanity mirror, and works in conjunction with an overhead screen that supports 220V power output. The trunk offers 1,152 liters of cargo space with a four-zone layout, including a 230-liter underfloor storage compartment. The body structure employs ultra-high-strength materials and utilizes 16,000-ton front-and-rear integrated die-casting technology, achieving a torsional rigidity of 56,000 N·m/deg. All variants come standard with an 800V high-voltage ultra-fast charging platform. The Super EREV versions are all-wheel drive, delivering 435 km of pure electric range and a combined range of up to 1,602 km. The BEV variants offer a maximum range of 755 km and are available with optional AWD. The G9L debuts globally with its innovative “Zero-Gravity Seats” featuring one-touch simultaneous recline functionality for both front and rear passengers. Without needing to remove headrests, occupants can instantly switch between a spacious 1.8-meter-plus flat-bed mode or individual bed configurations.
