At the 2026 Monterey Car Week, Singer Vehicle Design—the renowned U.S.-based Porsche restoration workshop—teamed up with luxury brand Louis Vuitton (LV) to unveil two bespoke vehicles built on the 964-generation Porsche 911 chassis. Both cars are one-of-a-kind globally; their prices have not been disclosed, and they are strictly reserved for collectors, with no availability for general market sale. The first vehicle is the Classic Coupe, finished in exclusive saffron yellow and cobalt blue paintwork. It features a full carbon-fiber lightweight body and a roof-mounted luggage rack capable of carrying custom LV suitcases and surfboards. The interior is upholstered in LV-embossed leather, with hand-polished rhodium-plated knobs and switches. A detachable LV Tambour mechanical clock—designed to double as a desktop timepiece—is also integrated into the cabin. Power comes from a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated air-cooled flat-six engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The car is delivered with a complete set of LV-exclusive travel luggage. The second model is the Classic Turbo Cabriolet, inspired by vintage yachts and conceptualized by LV’s Women’s Creative Director. It sports a white exterior with gold accents and a soft-top convertible configuration. Singer handled the mechanical re-engineering and upgrades—including carbon-ceramic brakes and a reinforced chassis—while LV oversaw color schemes, leather treatments, timepieces, and accompanying accessories. Under the hood lies a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged air-cooled flat-six engine. The cabin is adorned with premium wood trim and includes the same detachable mechanical clock and a full suite of custom LV personal accessories. Originally conceived as a project to create just a single dashboard clock, this collaboration evolved into a comprehensive co-creation, exemplifying a seamless fusion of automotive restoration and luxury fashion.
