Ferrari unveiled the bespoke two-door sports car CZ26 on August 14 (Beijing time) during Monterey Car Week. Commissioned by an American client through Ferrari’s Special Projects program, the CZ26 is based on the plug-in hybrid SF90 Stradale and features entirely unique bodywork and interior design developed by Ferrari’s Styling Centre under the leadership of Flavio Manzoni. The CZ26 retains the SF90 Stradale’s powertrain, comprising a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 797 horsepower and an electric motor delivering 162 kW of combined output. It is equipped with a 7.9 kWh battery offering 25 km of all-electric range and is mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. The car achieves a top speed of 328 km/h, accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, and reaches 200 km/h from standstill in just 6.7 seconds. The new model features a distinctive two-section body silhouette, with an overall low and wide stance. Its central cabin adopts a “capsule” shape flanked by pronounced wheel arches. The front end integrates a full-width grille, ultra-slim concealed lighting units, and brake-cooling air intakes seamlessly incorporated into the design. At the rear, a truncated tail section houses cantilevered taillights and a large diffuser. Aerodynamically, the CZ26 features a redesigned underbody and vortex generators, air curtains integrated into the front bumper sides, and a newly developed combination of rear spoiler and diffuser. Exterior finishes include a bespoke Argento Veloce silver paint with a liquid-flow effect, accented with Rosso Lampante red details and tinted carbon fiber elements. Inside, the cabin is dominated by custom black technical fabric, complemented by 3D-printed seat inserts, red accents, and embroidered CZ26 logos. Dashboard and door trim panels match the exterior color scheme, while glossy carbon fiber inlaid with metallic threads is paired with matte carbon fiber surfaces. Measuring approximately 4,763 mm in length, 2,007 mm in width, and 1,189 mm in height, with a wheelbase of about 2,649 mm, the CZ26 maintains a 45:55 front-to-rear weight distribution. It rides on 20-inch tires (255/35 front, 315/30 rear) and features a carbon-ceramic braking system capable of stopping the car from 100 km/h in under 29.5 meters. With this launch, Ferrari further expands its ultra-low-volume product lineup, which includes one-of-a-kind bespoke models, limited editions like the HC25, and other special variants derived from the SF90 platform.
