On August 13, Didi released its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The report showed that Didi recorded a net profit of RMB 869 million in Q2, turning profitable year-over-year; adjusted EBITDA stood at RMB 540 million, down significantly from RMB 25 billion in the same period last year. For the first half of 2026, Didi reported a net loss of RMB 350 million, with adjusted EBITDA at RMB 717 million, both representing declines compared to the same period last year. In Q2, Didi’s China Mobility segment reported adjusted EBITDA of RMB 41.67 billion, while its international business posted an adjusted EBITDA loss of RMB 28.85 billion. For the first half of the year, the China Mobility segment generated adjusted EBITDA of RMB 81.35 billion, up over 20% year-over-year, whereas the international business reported an adjusted EBITDA loss of RMB 57.7 billion, marking a substantial widening compared to the single-digit billion-level loss in the same period last year.
