CFMOTO 450MT Romania Champion Edition Launches Pre-sales Late August at ¥30,580

CFMOTO has announced that the 450MT Romania Champion Edition will launch an online limited-time pre-sale via its official app and mini-program in late August, priced at RMB 30,580. Customers who place orders will receive a complimentary set of original front and rear off-road crash bars valued at RMB 598. This model is based on CFMOTO’s race bike competing in the 2026 Red Bull Romaniacs Hard Enduro Rally and features CFMOTO’s self-developed 449.5cc liquid-cooled inline twin-cylinder engine with a 270-degree crankshaft and dual balance shafts, delivering a maximum power output of 32.5 kW (at 8,500 rpm) and peak torque of 44 N·m (at 6,250 rpm), equivalent to 44.2 horsepower. The new motorcycle is equipped with KYB inverted front forks (with adjustable preload) and a centrally mounted multi-link rear suspension. Braking components include a front radial-mount four-piston caliper from SBS paired with a 320mm single disc, and a rear floating caliper with a 240mm single disc. All models come standard with switchable ABS and TCS. The instrument cluster features a 5-inch curved TFT display supporting smartphone Bluetooth screen mirroring. Overall dimensions measure 2,210 × 870 × 1,390 mm, with a seat height of 820 mm. The standard version weighs 185 kg (kerb weight), while the three-box version weighs 205 kg, with a factory-rated top speed of 152 km/h. The bike sports the same champion livery worn by brand ambassador and Spanish rider Mario Román. The 23rd edition of the Red Bull Romaniacs Hard Enduro Rally took place from July 28 to August 1 in Sibiu, Romania. The event comprised one day of urban obstacle time trials followed by four days of mountainous off-road racing, covering over 600 kilometers in total, with a historical completion rate consistently below 50%. CFMOTO riders swept the podiums across all three categories—Adventure Ultimate, Adventure Core, and Adventure Lite. Mario Román claimed victory in the Ultimate class with a commanding lead of 14 minutes and 40 seconds, while Chinese rider He Guishu triumphed in the Lite class, becoming the first-ever Chinese champion in the event’s history. All competition bikes were modified versions of the production-based 450MT, which has maintained a market share exceeding 60% in Romania for years. On August 10, CFMOTO presented He Guishu with his championship-winning bike in Kunming and announced plans to open the world’s first CFMOTO Champion Store in Xuanwei, Yunnan—the hometown of the rider.
