Digital China Secures Hundred-Million-Yuan Pre-A Funding to Accelerate Humanoid Robot Mass Production and Scene Intelligence Ecosystem

Digital China recently completed a Pre-A round of strategic financing worth hundreds of millions of RMB. This round was jointly invested by multiple industrial capital firms, with existing shareholder Cowin Capital continuing its participation. Several current shareholders have also clearly expressed intentions to increase their investments in subsequent funding rounds. The company stated that the proceeds will primarily be used for mass production of its bionic intelligence product series and ecosystem development of its RoboEase Scene Brain. Founded in March 2024, Digital China focuses on developing "warm-hearted humanoid robots" and achieving large-scale commercialization of general-purpose robots. It champions the product philosophy of "Smarter Intelligence, More Bionic," and has consistently invested in core technologies such as high-precision facial expression control, attention mechanisms, long-term memory systems, and dual-process cognition ("fast and slow brain"). At WAIC 2026, the company unveiled its next-generation bionic humanoid robot, Xialan R03. Featuring over 40 degrees of freedom in its face, it supports more than 30 composite expressions, multilingual communication, and wake-word-free dialogue, enabling autonomous end-to-end service capabilities such as reception, guidance, and explanations. Additionally, the company’s product portfolio includes the general-purpose humanoid robot “Xiaqi,” the IP-customizable dual-form robot “Starwalker P2,” and the AI singer bionic robot “Xialan Ruta.” Equipped with a bionic facial system offering nearly 30 active degrees of freedom and an emotion-computing engine, Xialan Ruta can synchronize facial expressions with emotional states during singing performances. It also features a proprietary AI music creation engine capable of independently composing lyrics, melodies, and musical arrangements. The company’s RoboEase Scene Brain enables users to orchestrate intelligent agent workflows through a graphical interface—without any coding required. It is already deployed in public service scenarios such as banks, elderly care facilities, government service halls, hospital patient navigation, and hotel front desks.
