XPeng G9L Hits Over 80 km/h in Moose Test, Priced at ¥259,800

XPeng Motors announced on August 17 that the XPeng G9L achieved a speed exceeding 80 km/h in the moose test. The model launched pre-sales on August 11, offering both Super Range-Extended and all-electric powertrain variants, with a pre-sale price of RMB 259,800. The XPeng G9L measures 5,120 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,782 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,100 mm and a wheelbase-to-length ratio of 0.605. Exterior color options include Provence Purple, Tuscany Green, Everest White, Fjord Gray, and Midnight Black. The vehicle features full-width LED light strips at both front and rear, comprising a total of 480 individual LED units, and adopts a fastback design at the rear. Inside the cabin, the G9L is equipped with an intelligent four-motor executive center console. Its fold-out table can be deployed via voice command, physical buttons, or touchscreen controls, and automatically levels itself in sync with the seatback angle. The armrest integrates a 50W air-cooled wireless fast charger and dual hidden cup holders. The table includes a phone holder and a vanity mirror, and works in conjunction with an overhead screen that supports 220V power output. Under the hood, the entire lineup comes standard with an 800V high-voltage ultra-fast charging platform. All Super Range-Extended variants feature all-wheel drive, delivering 435 km of pure electric range and a combined range of up to 1,602 km. The all-electric version offers a maximum range of 755 km and is available with optional all-wheel drive.
