Recently, a BYD owner posted a video on social media stating that while resting inside the vehicle, a large tree fell onto the car. Although the exterior sustained damage, the passenger compartment did not suffer severe deformation, and the owner was unharmed. Lu Tian, General Manager of BYD Dynasty Network, responded by emphasizing that the primary mission of a vehicle is to ensure occupant safety and expressed gratitude for the owner's trust. In another incident, a BYD Yuan PLUS (sold overseas as the ATTO 3) was struck by a missile while driving through central Jerusalem, Israel. The vehicle suffered extensive exterior damage, yet its A-, B-, and C-pillars remained intact, doors could be opened normally, hazard lights continued functioning, the electrical system remained operational, and the Blade Battery showed no abnormalities. The accident resulted in moderate injuries to the driver and minor injuries to two passengers; all three individuals are now out of life-threatening danger.
