Recently, the Beijing Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) disclosed filing information for listing guidance, revealing that Rairman Intelligent Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has signed a listing guidance agreement with Guotai Haitong Securities, officially launching its A-share IPO process with plans to list on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Founded in 2018, Rairman Intelligent has achieved full-stack in-house development of four core components—controllers, drivers, motors, and reducers—and established a complete product chain ranging from actuated joints to robotic arms and full-body robots. Its fully self-developed integrated joint modules boast a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 50,000 hours and have obtained CR L3 certification. The company’s Changzhou embodied intelligence mega-factory has an annual joint module production capacity of 500,000 units. In 2024, Rairman globally launched two wheeled humanoid robots, RealBot-S2 and RealBot-L2, which share the same full-stack self-developed joint modules, GLN platform service network, and a technology foundation built on real-world scenario data closed-loop systems. The company has established data training centers in Beijing, Changzhou, and other locations, storing over 10,000 hours of high-quality real-robot operational data, and plans to deploy nearly 100 robots into industrial frontline settings for data collection. Its GLN remote operation network enables cross-city teleoperation of robots and has successfully executed tasks—including warming a teacup, adding tea leaves, pouring water, and serving tea—with millisecond-level latency. On the financing front, Rairman completed a strategic funding round of nearly RMB 500 million in March 2024, with investors including Ecovacs Robotics, China Merchants Venture Capital, and YUNQI Partners. In May 2024, the company completed its transformation into a joint-stock limited company.
