On August 19, Pateo Connect+ (HKEX: 02889) announced that it has received a project nomination notice from a leading new energy vehicle OEM, appointing Pateo as the supplier for the OEM’s next-generation vehicle model’s 8397 cockpit platform. According to the announcement, the 8397 platform has been confirmed as a standardized configuration across the OEM’s vehicle lineup. Combined with Pateo’s currently supplied platforms such as the 8295, Pateo now provides full-series coverage of cockpit platforms for this OEM. The 8397 is Qualcomm’s fifth-generation digital cockpit computing platform. Pateo will develop a new generation of in-vehicle interactive systems based on this platform, featuring physical AI and domain-wide intelligent agents, supporting capabilities such as real-time environmental simulation and proactive mobility services. Pateo has already achieved large-scale deployment across three core platforms: Qualcomm’s SA8295, SA8397, and Huawei’s Kirin 9610A. Since its listing in September 2025, Pateo Connect+ has secured multiple high-end intelligent cockpit project nominations.
