On August 19, Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600609) announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Jinbei Yanfeng, intends to participate in the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems (Shenyang) Co., Ltd., which is being publicly offered for transfer by Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction will be conducted through a public bidding process, with a reserve price of RMB 112 million. If Jinbei Yanfeng successfully wins the bid, Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. will become its wholly-owned subsidiary. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction.
