On August 20, Yu Chengdong, Executive Director of Huawei, Chairman of the Product Investment Review Committee, and Chairman of the Terminal BG, announced at the Xiangjie G9 and Harmony Intelligent Mobility new product launch event that the Zhijie RX features a future-oriented L3-level autonomous driving architecture. Positioned as a new coupe SUV, the Zhijie RX is built on Huawei’s Tuling platform and offers both single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations. It measures 5,020 mm in length, 2,007 mm in width, and 1,585 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. The vehicle debuts Huawei’s next-generation high-performance electric drive system, Zhijing. The Zhijie RX is equipped with 38 fused perception sensors, including an 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR, three high-precision solid-state LiDAR units, binocular rearview mirrors, and intelligent wrap-around seats. The pre-sale price starts at RMB 299,800 for the version featuring an in-cabin co-aperture LiDAR and RMB 359,800 for the version with the L3-level autonomous driving architecture.
