Beijing Hyundai Ioniq V Debuts at 2026 Chengdu Auto Show, Starting at ¥119,900

On August 21, at the 2026 Chengdu Auto Show, Beijing Hyundai unveiled the IONIQ V model and announced its pre-sale prices: the standard 540 Max variant is priced at RMB 119,900 with a CLTC-rated all-electric range of 540 km; the premium intelligent driving version, 540 Max+, is priced at RMB 129,900, also offering a 540 km CLTC range; and the long-range 650 Max+ variant is priced at RMB 139,900 with a CLTC range of 650 km. Designed under the leadership of Hyundai China’s Design Center, the IONIQ V is available in eight exterior colors: Cyber Gold, Dimensional Purple, Gamma Green, Magnetic Gray, Photon White (solid paint), Photon White (matte finish), Flowing Light Silver, and Night Blade Black. The vehicle features a fastback coupe silhouette, frameless doors, and dimensional star-track taillights. Its cabin is equipped with a 27-inch ultra-slim 4K screen, Nebula ambient lighting, and a head-up display (HUD). Built on Hyundai’s dedicated E-GMP electric platform, the IONIQ V measures 4,900 mm in length, 1,890 mm in width, and 1,470 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. It will be offered in both pure electric and extended-range powertrain configurations and supports 800V ultra-fast charging. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip, the vehicle integrates technologies from Momenta, CATL, Baidu’s ERNIE large model, and Volcano Engine.
