Nvidia AI Servers to See Over 15% Price Hike on Early Next Year Deliveries

Some of NVIDIA's major customers have been notified that servers equipped with NVIDIA AI chips will see price increases of more than 15% upon delivery in early next year, due to a significant rise in memory chip costs. Affected systems include servers powered by the Vera Rubin and Grace Blackwell chips, with exact price hikes varying based on chip generation and memory configuration. Server manufacturers assembling units for large data center operators such as Microsoft, Google, and Oracle have already communicated these price increases to their customers.
