Shanghai Launches Pilot List System for Importing Used Critical Auto Parts for R&D and Testing

Shanghai has issued the "Pilot Program for Importing Used Critical Auto Parts for R&D and Testing Purposes in Shanghai," launching a citywide pilot initiative. During the pilot period, a "pilot list" system will be established for importing used critical auto parts intended for R&D and testing, enabling safe and regulated imports of items included on the list. Pilot enterprises and their imported R&D/test products will be published via this "pilot list," which will be dynamically updated, in principle, every six months.
