On August 25, Porsche and India's Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a five-year artificial intelligence partnership valued at €1.25 billion. Under the agreement, TCS will invest €320 million to acquire MHP, Porsche’s IT consulting subsidiary. The collaboration aims to combine Porsche’s automotive industry expertise with TCS’s digital and AI capabilities. Porsche stated that the sale of MHP is part of its "Porsche Werk 35" transformation strategy, which focuses on core business activities and streamlining operations to enhance profitability and cash flow.
