On the evening of August 27, 2025, Evergrande Auto announced via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company will hold board meetings on September 8, 2026, and September 16, 2026, to review and approve the Group’s financial results. The meeting on September 8, 2026, will consider the annual results for the years ended December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025, as well as the interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The meeting on September 16, 2026, will consider the interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Trading of the company’s shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2025, pending the release of the outstanding financial results and compliance with the resumption guidance set out in the company’s announcements dated April 17, 2025, August 7, 2025, and June 16, 2026. The suspension will remain in effect until further notice.
