3PEAK (Stock Code: 688536) has launched the dual-channel gate driver IC TPM27524A-DFSR, designed for high-power-density applications such as telecom power supplies, server power supplies, and EV charging modules. Housed in a compact 1.5mm × 1.5mm DFN-8 package with an exposed thermal pad, the device occupies only 1/13 the footprint of an SOP8 and 1/6 that of an EMSOP8. The product features independent dual-channel drive capability, operates over a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 23V, delivers peak source and sink currents of 5A each, exhibits a typical propagation delay of 14ns, and supports an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
