On August 30, Tesla's European official confirmed that the entry-level Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive variant in left-hand-drive European markets has been updated with new 18-inch Prismata wheels and matching tires. This upgrade increases its WLTP-rated range from 534 km to 572 km—an improvement of 38 km, or 7.1%. The enhancement was achieved solely through aerodynamic improvements to the wheel design and the adoption of low-rolling-resistance tires, without any changes to battery capacity or motor architecture. This new configuration is now available in left-hand-drive European markets including Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, and Lithuania. Right-hand-drive markets such as the UK and Ireland continue to use the original 18-inch Photon wheels and retain the 534 km WLTP range rating.
