Shaanxi Launches Subsidy Plan for High-Power EV Charging Infrastructure

According to the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance, Shaanxi Province has issued the "Shaanxi Provincial Fiscal Subsidy Scheme for High-Power Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Construction." The scheme specifies that fiscal subsidies will be provided through provincial industry-related coordinated funds for public high-power charging infrastructure projects (including high-power charging facilities配套 at battery-swap and charging stations) that complete the entire process—including filing, investment and construction, final inspection, and commercial operation—within Shaanxi between 2026 and 2027.
