On September 3, Feishu hosted the "AI-Driven Transformation: Empowering Automotive Innovation – Feishu AI Productivity Conference 2026 (Automotive Industry Special Session)" in Shanghai. Nearly 300 senior executives from OEMs, automotive parts suppliers, and related industrial chain companies, along with industry experts and digital transformation leaders, attended the event. At the conference, Feishu jointly launched the “Soaring Together with AI Manufacturing” initiative with industry partners and officially unveiled the 2026 “Soaring Together with AI Manufacturing” Manufacturing Efficiency Acceleration Program. Starting from Shanghai, this program aims to bring AI capabilities, industry-specific methodologies, and benchmark best practices into real-world manufacturing scenarios. Zhang Di, Vice President of Commercialization at Feishu, shared that as of 2025, nine out of the top 10 Chinese-listed automakers by market capitalization have adopted Feishu across their corporate groups, research institutes, new energy vehicle brands, or related business units. More than 70% of the top 30 new energy vehicle manufacturers also use Feishu. Clients include OEMs such as SAIC Motor, Seres, NIO, and Dongfeng Yipai; parts suppliers like Sunny Optical, Horizon Robotics, Desay SV, Baolong Tech, Linglong Tire, Wanxiang Qianchao, and Sunwoda; as well as multinational corporations including Valeo, Bosch, and Toyota R&D. Multiple enterprises showcased their Feishu-powered collaboration practices between OEMs and suppliers: - NIO built an Industrial Development Management (IDM) platform for partners, enabling unified management of tasks and risk information across hundreds of supply chain partners. - Dongfeng Yipai leveraged Feishu’s multidimensional tables, group bots, and automation to handle material shortage alerts and feedback from over 400 suppliers. - Shengyi Electronics integrated RPA with Feishu’s multidimensional tables to connect order data, reducing short-delivery confirmation and approval time by 19% and cutting customer complaints related to short deliveries by 85%. - Baolong Tech established a centralized R&D management platform using Feishu Projects, achieving a 50% increase in process standardization and a 30% improvement in information transparency and traceability. - SAIC Motor has driven end-to-end transformation across vehicle product change management, model project management, and OEM-supplier collaboration; in a joint project with United Automotive Electronic Systems (UAES), scheduling planning time was reduced from 1–2 hours to just 5 minutes. Feishu CEO Xie Xin emphasized that as a collaboration platform, Feishu captures enterprise context, providing the foundational understanding AI agents need to operate effectively within business workflows. On August 25, ByteDance launched its AI agent product “Doubao Work,” which can invoke tools directly within Feishu to complete tasks—forming two complementary pillars supporting enterprises’ daily operations and AI-driven transformation. The 2026 “Soaring Together with AI Manufacturing” Manufacturing Efficiency Acceleration Program will offer comprehensive support in areas including enterprise-grade AI experience, model invocation assistance, preferential pricing for OEM-supplier collaboration, transformation assessments, scenario-based templates, benchmark site visits, and policy alignment. The program will be continuously implemented through industry summits, AI Pioneer Challenges, enterprise diagnostics, and dedicated advisory support.
