Differential Intelligence Completes Hundreds of Millions RMB Series A2 Funding Round, Focusing on Aerial Embodied Intelligence

Recently, Differential Flying Intelligence (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. completed a Series A2 financing round, raising several hundred million RMB. This round was led by Puhua Capital, with participation from Honghui Fund and Yangtze River Delta Digital Intelligence Culture Fund. Founded in July 2024, Differential Flying Intelligence was co-founded by Gao Fei, a tenured associate professor at the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. His research focuses on aerial robotics, autonomous navigation, embodied intelligence, and swarm coordination. In 2025, the company successively closed its Pre-A and Pre-A+ funding rounds, collectively raising nearly RMB 200 million. The company aims to integrate environmental perception, task understanding, path planning, action decision-making, and flight control into a unified model while advancing multi-agent collaborative capabilities. Its products are primarily designed for complex environments lacking GPS, with weak communication signals, or under low-light conditions, and have already been deployed in sectors such as emergency response, mining, and power utilities. According to public records, Gao Fei’s team published research on autonomous acrobatic flight for aerial robots in *Science Robotics* in 2025, demonstrating complex maneuvering tasks without reliance on external positioning systems.
