At approximately 7:40 a.m. on September 7, 2026, a Zeekr V800 test vehicle collided with a mobility scooter while proceeding straight through a green light, resulting in injuries to the scooter driver. Authorities were promptly notified after the incident, and the injured party has been taken to a hospital for treatment. Preliminary investigations indicate that the vehicle was under manual control at the time of the crash, and the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system activated as designed but failed to prevent the collision due to the short distance between the two vehicles.
