Tianqi Shares recently broke ground on its embodied intelligence robotics industrial project. Located in the core area of Wuxi Huishan High-Tech Zone, the project represents a total investment exceeding RMB 1 billion, spans over 70 mu (approximately 11.6 acres), and will house an intelligent manufacturing base for automotive equipment as well as a research and development center dedicated to embodied intelligence robotic systems tailored for the automotive industry. The project will focus on the R&D and large-scale production of automated automotive conveying lines and automotive painting production line systems. Concurrently, it will collect embodied intelligence data and develop specialized models for flexible assembly, sorting, and other vertical applications, ultimately delivering comprehensive embodied intelligence solutions customized for automotive manufacturing scenarios. In recent years, Tianqi Shares has actively expanded into the embodied intelligence robotics sector, establishing partnerships with companies such as UBTECH and Galaxy General. In September 2020, Tianqi jointly founded Wuxi Youqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. with UBTECH, focusing on unmanned logistics solutions. In May 2025, Tianqi partnered with Galaxy General to establish Wuxi Tianqi Galaxy Robotics Co., Ltd., in which Tianqi holds a 55% stake. Currently, Tianqi Shares and Tianqi Galaxy are developing and refining vertical embodied intelligence robotic models to address specific application scenarios such as unmanned retail and guided tours within factory premises, bin identification and material handling, empty container palletizing, and component sorting by category. These solutions have already been deployed or are undergoing real-world training in industrial settings including complete vehicle manufacturing, automotive parts production, tire manufacturing, and 3C electronics manufacturing. Recently, Tianqi Galaxy successfully delivered and deployed its solution for Lingong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.’s smart retail scenario, with humanoid robots now stationed at Lingong’s headquarters providing smart retail services.
