The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has released the new product disclosure for the 411th batch of the "Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products," with the Avatr T09 completing its application filing. The filed Avatr T09 is a plug-in hybrid electric sport utility vehicle offered in two powertrain variants. Its dimensions are 5,285 mm in length, 2,025 mm in width, and either 1,810 mm or 1,820 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,150 mm, front track of 1,726 mm, rear track of 1,740 mm, and a rated passenger capacity of six. Optional equipment includes front grille, wheels, roof glass, front bumper, front underbody shield, black spoiler, rear bumper, rear underbody shield, without or with electric running boards, roof rails, black lettering badges, window frame bright strips, without D-pillar logo badge, side skirt trim, and dual-tone body paint. The two variants differ in their powertrain specifications: The first variant is powered by a JL469ZQ1 engine manufactured by Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., with a displacement of 1,497 ml, rated power of 110 kW, and maximum net engine power of 105 kW. Its front and rear drive motors are model AYDM05 and XTDM81, respectively, delivering peak powers of 180 kW and 310 kW. Curb weights are 2,880 kg / 2,968 kg, gross vehicle weight is 3,505 kg, and top speed is 220 km/h. The second variant features a JL478ZQ1 engine with a displacement of 1,998 ml, rated power of 155 kW, and maximum net engine power of 150 kW. Its front, rear-left, and rear-right drive motors are models AYDM05, ATDM05, and ATDM05, respectively, with peak powers of 180 kW, 225 kW, and 225 kW. Curb weight is 3,035 kg, gross vehicle weight is 3,630 kg, and top speed remains 220 km/h. Both variants use ternary lithium battery packs, with cells and modules supplied by Sichuan Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (SCATL).
