Recently, the Tank 300 model featuring solid front and rear axles has been revealed. The current Tank 300 uses a double-wishbone independent front suspension and can accommodate tires ranging from 33 to 35 inches. The newly revealed variant adopts a solid axle setup at both ends and is fitted with 40-inch tires. According to the leaked images, the front axle housing and short trailing arms of this model appear notably robust. The bushings on the rear suspension’s long and short trailing arms and the track bar are larger in volume than those on the corresponding components of the Jeep Wrangler. Additionally, this model features a solid steering drag link, whereas the Wrangler uses a hollow one. Great Wall Motor has been engaged in off-road vehicle development for 36 years and boasts nearly one million off-road users. The Tank brand’s current powertrain lineup includes 2.0T gasoline, 3.0T V6 gasoline and diesel engines, as well as the Hi4-T and Hi4-Z hybrid architectures.
