Yaxinco Central Air Supply System Enters Mass Production for HiPhi G9

With the official launch of the Xiangjie G9, ASIMCO’s centrally supplied pneumatic system has successfully entered mass production and been integrated into this vehicle model. The Xiangjie G9 features an integrated centralized pneumatic architecture, including dual-chamber air suspension with centralized air supply, pneumatic massage seats, active side bolsters, and an onboard oxygen supply system. The vehicle adopts a centralized compressor architecture that enables a single system to simultaneously support both the high-pressure air suspension system and the low-pressure cabin comfort systems, delivering over 62 L/min @ 10 bar for high-pressure applications and 120 L/min @ 2 bar for low-pressure applications. After more than a year of iterative R&D, design optimization, and validation for mass production, ASIMCO has completed development of the full central pneumatic system. The system primarily consists of two core components: a central pneumatic compressor and an air distribution unit integrating high- and low-pressure valve manifolds. In terms of specific application parameters: - The air suspension chassis is equipped with centralized dual-chamber air springs and a high-pressure air pump capable of up to 62 L/min flow rate. - Seat massage intensity has been increased by 300%, achieved through a direct high-pressure air supply design to the air bladders. - The onboard oxygen generation system supports both diffused and nasal oxygen delivery modes, providing stable oxygen output at 10 L/min and creating an oxygen-enriched cabin environment within 15 minutes. ASIMCO is among China’s first suppliers to achieve independent mass production of air suspension compressors. It launched and commercialized China’s first brushless-motor air suspension compressor, which has already been deployed across multiple models from several automakers. Currently, ASIMCO is exploring broader in-vehicle pneumatic application scenarios and advancing product iteration, while engaging in technical collaboration with multiple leading domestic automakers.
