Xingchi Technology has nominated its Xingchi E3650 chip for the Best Technical Practice Application Award at the 8th Golden Editorial Awards 2026, in the category of automotive-grade chips. Built on a 22nm automotive process, the Xingchi E3650 integrates an ARM Cortex-R52+ lockstep multicore cluster running at 600MHz. It features 16MB of ECC memory, over 4MB of SRAM, and more than 350 peripheral I/Os. The chip complies with the ISO 26262 ASIL D functional safety level and the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive reliability standard. It incorporates Xingchi’s proprietary SSDPE hardware communication acceleration engine and the Xuanwu HSM information security module, supports Chinese national cryptographic algorithms, and meets the ISO/SAE 21434 and Evita Full cybersecurity standards. With native hardware virtualization support, it enables secure isolation and coordinated scheduling across multiple domains including body control, chassis, and powertrain systems. On the software side, it is accompanied by a complete AUTOSAR stack, MCAL low-level drivers, and an ASIL D-certified functional safety software library. Packaged in a 19×19mm form factor, the chip also integrates a low-power wake-up detection IP. The Xingchi E3650 has already entered mass production and secured定点 (design wins) in core projects from leading automakers. The theme of the 8th Golden Editorial Awards 2026 is “Chinese Solutions Going Global,” with winners evaluated through multiple dimensions including company submissions, industry data, and expert reviews.
