The official service upgrade page states that the "Aito Grand Hotel" is making a comeback, offering complimentary off-peak car washes, free windshield washer fluid refills, and dining services. In December 2025, it was reported that the "Harmony Intelligent Driving Grand Hotel" had ceased its promotional activities and banned the provision of free meals, charging, and car wash services. The term "Harmony Intelligent Driving Grand Hotel" is a nickname coined by owners for Harmony Intelligent Driving user service centers, named for their unexpectedly high-quality complimentary dining and other premium services.
