On September 17, Ankai Bus (000868) announced that its shareholder, Anhui Provincial Investment Group Holding Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 8.0246 million shares through centralized bidding, representing no more than 0.85% of the company's total share capital.
