Official data shows that orders for the model exceeded 20,000 units for two consecutive months, and sales exceeded 10,000 units for ten consecutive months. On September 15, the 2027 Aion i60 was launched, offering six models with a limited-time renewal price starting at 106,800 yuan. The 2027 Aion i60 has body dimensions of 4685×1854×1660mm (non-LiDAR versions) or 4685×1876×1690mm (LiDAR versions). The vehicle is available in pure electric and extended-range versions. The pure electric version is equipped with a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous drive motor, with a maximum power of 165 kW and peak torque of 205 N·m, and offers 56.68 kWh and 77.65 kWh battery packs, corresponding to CLTC pure electric ranges of 520 km and 700 km, respectively. The extended-range version is equipped with a 1.5L range extender and a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous drive motor, with a maximum motor power of 160 kW and peak torque of 235 N·m. It comes standard with a 45.37 kWh battery pack across the lineup, providing a CLTC pure electric range of 350 km and a combined range of 1,738 km.
