On October 31, according to official news from SAIC Motor, all three Buick Zhijing models have received the OS2.1 version update. This version natively supports three connectivity ecosystems: Apple CarPlay, Huawei HiCar, and ICCOA Carlink. The connection steps for the three ecosystems are as follows: Huawei HiCar: Open "NearLink and Bluetooth" in the Huawei phone settings and complete the initial pairing on the vehicle's Bluetooth interface. After successful pairing, tap the HUAWEI HiCar icon on the home page of the central control screen's app center, tap "Connect" in the phone pop-up, and enter the verification code displayed on the vehicle screen to complete the connection. Apple CarPlay: Open "CarPlay" in the general settings of the Apple phone, turn on the vehicle's Bluetooth and pair the phone, and tap the vehicle's Bluetooth name on the phone to pair. After successful pairing, tap Pair on both the phone and the vehicle screen in sequence, then tap the vehicle's Bluetooth again to confirm the connection and confirm the terms of use to complete the connection. ICCOA Carlink: Open "Bluetooth" in the phone settings and complete the initial pairing on the vehicle's Bluetooth interface. Tap the ICCOA Carlink icon on the home page of the central control screen's app center, tap "Connect" in the phone pop-up, enter the vehicle verification code on the phone and confirm to complete the connection.
