According to the industry and commerce information, Chongqing XINFAN Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is 100% wholly-owned by Beijing CHJ Information Technology Co., Ltd. This means that CHJ will successfully acquire new energy vehicle production qualification through the acquisition of LIFAN, which is an important step for the successful mass production of Leading Ideal ONE.
According to the announcement issued by the LIFAN Group: In order to optimize the company's business structure, improve operational efficiency, accelerate strategic transformation and industrial upgrading, the board of directors of the LIFAN Group reviewed and approved the proposal to sell the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing LIFAN Automobile Co., Ltd.: The 100% equity of Chongqing LIFAN Automobile Co., Ltd. will be transferred to Chongqing XINFAN Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. at a price of RMB 650 million. After the completion of the equity transfer, LIFAN Group no longer holds any equity interest in LIFAN Auto.
LIFAN AUTO has the qualification to produce various types of vehicles such as new energy cars, SUVs and commercial vehicles. As the 100% shareholder of Chongqing XINFAN Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., after the completion of this transaction, CHJ will officially obtain production qualification, which is an important step for the successful mass production of Leading Ideal ONE. At present, the CHJ Changzhou plant has been completed and can start the production. In this way, it not only guarantees the successful mass production of Leading Ideal ONE in the fourth quarter of next year, but also the production of CHJ's own factory is more conducive to system management and product quality control.
LIFAN Group also reached six cooperation agreements with CHJ, including the sharing of R&D results of the extended-programmable electric power module control technology, the sharing of research and development results of the built-in human-computer interaction system, and the sharing of research and development results for customized models in the business sharing and network-related vehicles. In addition, the LIFAN Group will have the right to participate in the latest round of financing of CHJ in the future and CHJ agrees to accept it. The production qualification for sale to CHJ is “LIFAN automobile”.
