The Volkswagen brand has previously demonstrated a new brand identity and brand design based on the “New Volkswagen” program, and other brands' logos are also being upgraded. A few days ago, IIA learned from the Volkswagen brand that its brand's R-Line model has been designed with a new logo and will be hang on the Atlas Cross Sport R-Line on October 11.
The modified logo is rounder and more refined than the original one. Unlike the logos seen on the Golf R or other previous models, the new logo is modern.
According to the official introduction, the new logo is characterized by a slender line and a clear horizontal arrangement, characterized by a dynamic curve. In addition, the diagonal as a stark contrast highlights the overall progress of the brand. The elongated R creates a broader, stronger impression and defines Volkswagen's commitment to the performance and uniqueness of its cars.
At present, the Volkswagen brand has two R-Line models, namely Golf R and T-Roc R. According to previous news, in the next decade, Volkswagen will expand this lineup. The new high-performance model will use a newly developed turbocharged VR6 engine with more than 296 kW of power, but no official data unveiled yet.
