IIA learned from Kia Motors on Wednesday that its EV concept model FUTURON officially launched its world premiere in China. The new car is positioned as a pure electric coupe SUV. The shape design of the lights is inspired by China's "Dragon Totem" and equipped with more advanced auto-driving, artificial intelligence assistants and other functions to fully meet the individual needs of the future.
The body of the Kia FUTURON concept car has a length of 4,850 mm, a height of 1,550 mm and a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. The overall design of the new car is very futuristic. The door is in two sections. The front end shape indicates the design concept of Kia Motors' future products. The smooth body lines and the sleek back of the car are also more dynamic. The aerodynamic package around the body further enhances vehicle stability.
In the interior, the large front windshield of the new car and the almost transparent roof together create a good light effect inside the car. The steering wheel is a whole piece of modern LCD screen. In addition, the Kia FUTURON concept car has an L4 level autopilot function. The electric drive is equipped with an electric drive system consisting of four-wheel hub motors for four-wheel drive.
