New Baojun adds 6 models into its 2020 lineups

SAIC-GM-Wuling officially revealed its new car plan for 2020 recently. It is reported that in 2020, the new Baojun brand will launch 6 new models including E300, RS-7, and RM-C, to further expand and improve its lineups. Two of them are new energy models.

New Baojun plans to launch 10 new cars this year, of which 6 are brand new models and 4 are facelifts. The new models include the medium and large SUV RS-7, the new MPV model RM-C, and the pure electric model E300. A new energy model will also be launched. In addition, the facelift of existing models will be available in July and August.

RS-7 is the flagship SUV of the new Baojun brand. Its length, width, and height are 4,930mm, 1,975mm, and 1,775mm, respectively, and the wheelbase reaches 2,900mm. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 1.5T engine with a maximum net power of 125 kW and a transmission that matches the CVT gearbox.

The exterior appearance of the new Baojun E300 adopts the family design of "Interstellar Geometry" and incorporates the unique intelligent genes in the brand. The new car can be equipped with a second row of single-seat seats, a reverse imaging system and a driver assistance system. In terms of power, the new car's power battery system has a rated voltage of 115V and a rated capacity of 226Ah. In addition, the peak power of the drive motor is 29kW.
