ID.4 latest teaser image released, to be unveiled in October

IIA obtained a set of latest preview images of Volkswagen ID.4 from foreign media. It is understood that the new car will debut in the United States soon. In the future, the ID.4 will be made in FAW-Volkswagen and SAIC-Volkswagen, and the Chinese version is expected to be officially unveiled in October.

As can be seen from the preview picture, the new car adopts the ID. family-style design language, the front face is fully enclosed and the grille is equipped with a through-type light strip and a Volkswagen LOGO that can be lit, which is very sci-fi. The new car is expected to use five-spoke wheels, and the charging port is located above the right rear wheel arch.

As for the interior, the preview picture does not give much information, but it can be seen that it is equipped with a full LCD instrument and a three-spoke steering wheel, and also uses the latest Volkswagen LOGO. In terms of endurance, the official said before that the maximum endurance of WLTP is about 500km, and it will adopt rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. The standard configuration is single-motor rear-wheel drive.
